Due to having the submission for the other module the same week, we met as a group for a short amount of time to clarify the roles of which we have and to make sure everyone understands the concept properly.

We decided the basic information of the workshop ;

as a group we had also decided on the logo, with holly sketching the logo to represent the experimental side to the workshop;

with myself and Selina making the posters and flyers we mocked up and discussed some examples of which could be used to create our promotional material.

we had the options of; a gatefold with the logo brain on the front, a bi fold, having the logo laser cutter into the material, having a flap for the leaflet which would show the logo on the front and have the rest of the information inside.
