Wellbeing and dealing with setbacks




In the session, how to be mindful was discussed, with showing different ways of which we can be more mentally healthy. Different exercises such as ; circle of control, stress bucket, ways of wellbeing, saying no and our ideal week. The exercises aimed to make us think more about the ways of being a better version of ourselves and depicting the little things in which we can do to help ease stress and to inchoate into our routine which will make us more mentally healthy.
